Meet Pumuckl, the Smallest Horse in the World Who You Could Easily Carry in Your Hands

Pumuckl, a pony, is smaller than many dogs. He is a therapy pony who hops into his mother’s van and makes trips to see senior citizens. Since Pumuckl is a Shetland pony and measures about 20 inches (50.8 cm) tall, he is probably the world’s smallest horse.
